We are food lovers. Here is our story:
We are a married couple - Chris “Bagel” and Alisha, who, for some reason, decided to start a food trailer business in the midst of a pandemic. Bagel is the chef, with over a decade of experience in the food industry and specialized training from the Culinary Institute of America. Alisha is a leadership educator with a decade of experience in higher education. Together we have nearly 60 years of experience eating food.
We wanted to create a business based on our values of supporting and connecting with the community. We also wanted to draw on the southern cooking that Bagel learned from his family for his whole life.
